About the Skatepark Directory

The Scottish Skatepark Directory is developed by Skateboard Scotland and is a guide to the many skateparks to be found in Scotland.

There are currently 194 skateparks* listed in the directory, but there will definitely be more that we don’t yet know about.

Please take a good look at the details of any park before visiting, some may be of poorer quality or in disrepair. For some we mark them with a yellow “!” icon to indicate that they are “very old and / or in a state of disrepair”, there are definitely a few that are not worth travelling far to visit, but there are also a lot of great skateparks to check out.

Note that we do also list a few “DIY” skateparks which have been built by skaters themselves. These are not “official” skateparks but are great and interesting places to ride, we mark these with a yellow “DIY” icon over the main image for the park just to indicate the difference.

If you know of a park that we don’t yet have in the directory then please let us know! You can use the following form to provide us with any information you might have:

(* We now also list pump tracks in the directory as these are skateable and are increasing in number in Scotland (28 pump tracks listed so far) but we don’t include these in the total number of 194 skateparks, just the 188 outdoor skateparks and 6 indoor skateparks).
