Banchory Skatepark
A brand new concrete skatepark was built and opened in October 2022. The new park is built next to where the old mini ramp used to be and makes use of the flat ground where the ramp used to be with the addition of a flat bank and a rectangular ledge made using the salvaged stone blocks from Broad Street in Aberdeen.
The main new skatepark area features a mixture of street and transitioned obstacles linking into a big bowl. The bowl has an approximately 5 foot shallow end and 7 foot deep end.
